Surface Coater

We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our factory in Närpes as a SURFACE COATER

Job description

  • Preparing products before painting (sanding, cleaning, masking)
  • Manual and/or automated spray painting
  • Mixing and adjusting colours according to specifications
  • Inspecting surface quality and finished work to meet company standards
  • Maintaining equipment and keeping the work area in good condition
  • Contributing to continuous improvement work and development of production processes

Job requirements

  • Experience in surface treatment, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Good command of spray-painting techniques and understanding different types of coatings
  • Accurate, detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Organized and able to work efficiently even during busy periods

Considered an advantage: experience in production environments, forklift license, or education in surface treatment
