We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our factory in Närpes as a SURFACE COATER
Job description
- Preparing products before painting (sanding, cleaning, masking)
- Manual and/or automated spray painting
- Mixing and adjusting colours according to specifications
- Inspecting surface quality and finished work to meet company standards
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the work area in good condition
- Contributing to continuous improvement work and development of production processes
Job requirements
- Experience in surface treatment, preferably in an industrial environment
- Good command of spray-painting techniques and understanding different types of coatings
- Accurate, detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Organized and able to work efficiently even during busy periods
Considered an advantage: experience in production environments, forklift license, or education in surface treatment
