SPARE PARTS MANAGER

NTM is a Finnish family business with long experience in manufacturing high-quality and specialized RCVs, trailers and box bodies. NTM’s parent company is located in Närpes and subsidiaries are located in Sweden, Canada, USA, UK, Germany and Estonia. Sales are made in Europe and North America. The NTM Group currently employs over 650 people and has a turnover of approximately €100 million.

We are looking for a Spare Parts Manager for our After Sales Department

Are you a result-driven and structured person with an eye for detail? Are you tech-savvy and interested in sales ready to take the next step in your career? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

Your main responsibilities:

– Managing and developing spare parts sales
– Pricing of spare parts
– Purchase and stocking of spare parts
– Develop and implement procedures to optimize pricing, stock management and logistics.

We are looking for you who:

– Are technically savvy and have experience in the spare parts industry, preferably in a management position.
– A leader who can motivate and develop your team.
– Is result-driven with good knowledge of warehouse management and logistics.
– Is service-oriented and has a strong desire to always deliver the best possible customer experience.
– Have good communication skills and are a team player who can collaborate across departments.

Work experience in a similar industry is considered a merit.
