Our component department produces a large part of all components used in RCV and trailer manufacturing. The machinery consists of both manual and CNC machines.

Job Description

  • As the manager of the component department, you are responsible for developing and streamlining the department’s processes and machinery, as well as leading the staff and driving the operations towards set goals.
  • You work to modernize the operations and prepare investments in consultation with our production manager and technical experts.
  • You play an important role in the ongoing work with our make-or-buy strategy.

Job requirements

  • We are looking for an engineer or someone with other suitable technical education and experience.
  • We value solution-oriented thinking, good listening skills, and experience in personnel management. Experience in component manufacturing is considered an advantage.
