Capacity Planner

We are now looking for a CAPACITY PLANNER to join our factory in Närpes.

In this role, you will be responsible for capacity and resource planning in close collaboration with production supervisors. You will ensure the right capacity, staffing levels, and efficient use of resources to meet delivery targets and productivity requirements.

Your responsibilities include

  • Analyzing and preparing capacity increases and changes in product mix
  • Monitoring and developing key performance indicators such as productivity, lead time, and delivery reliability

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in planning, production, or a similar role within manufacturing
  • Has a solid understanding of production and staffing flows
  • Works in an analytical, structured, and collaborative manner
  • Possesses excellent MS Excel skills
