Today, the NTM Group employs approximately 800 people and generates annual revenue of around EUR 165 million. As we continue to expand our Refuse Collection Vehicle Division, we are looking for a:

SUPERVISOR

As Supervisor for refuse compactor manufacturing, you will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and monitoring daily operations in accordance with quality requirements, delivery schedules, productivity targets, and compliance standards. You will not work alone in this role but will be part of a team consisting of other supervisors, quality and planning specialists, and a line manager with overall responsibility for production. Experience and Qualifications We are looking for someone with a relevant educational background and experience in supervisory roles or people management. You are solution-oriented, a good listener, and possess strong collaboration skills. You understand the importance of efficient work processes and are committed to their continuous improvement. The position requires good proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish, as well as English, together with solid computer skills. We Offer:
