Supervisor

We are increasing volumes within our Refuse Collection Vehicles Division and are looking for a:

SUPERVISOR

In the role of Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating, leading and following up on daily operations in accordance with applicable quality requirements, delivery plans, productivity targets and compliance standards. You will work closely with both the Department Manager and Team Leaders.
Job requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant educational background and some experience in supervisory work or people management. You are solution-oriented, a good listener and a strong team player, with an understanding of the importance of efficient processes and their continuous improvement. Proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish, as well as good computer skills, is required.
