We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our factory in Närpes as a
SURFACE PAINTER
Job Duties
- Prepare products for painting (sanding, cleaning, and masking)
- Manual and/or automatic spray painting
- Mixing and adjusting colors according to specifications
- Inspecting surface quality and finish according to company standards
- Maintenance of equipment and workspace
- Participation in improvement work and process development
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with experience in surface finishing, preferably in an industrial setting
- Proficient in spray painting techniques and understands various types of paint
- Has an eye for detail and works accurately and with a focus on quality
- Enjoys both independent work and teamwork
- Can work in a structured way even under time pressure
- Merits: experience in a production environment, forklift license, or education in surface treatment
