Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified Microsoft Certified Expert/Industrial IT Specialist with extensive knowledge focused on modern Microsoft environments such as Azure, Intune, servers and networks, cloud and virtualization, the VMware server platform, cybersecurity, and the MS365 environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in continuously developing and securing NTM’s IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring they are industrialized and dynamic while meeting and future-proofing the company’s business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure and Intune: Implement and manage Azure and Intune at an expert level. Ensure cloud solutions are dynamic and optimized for performance and security. Participate in developing and implementing strategies for cloud migration and management.
- Servers and Networks: Manage, optimize, and maintain server infrastructure and networks. Ensure high availability and performance for network services. Troubleshoot and develop data networks.
- VMware Server Platform: Implement and manage the VMware server platform. Optimize virtualization solutions to maximize resource efficiency, security, and stability.
- Cybersecurity: Act as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Develop and implement security strategies to protect the organization’s data and systems. Monitor and prevent potential security threats and incidents.
- MS365 Environment: Manage and optimize the MS365 environment to ensure efficient use and dynamic security. Provide support and training to users to maximize productivity. Implement and manage security measures within MS365.
Job requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Microsoft certifications in Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity are required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with Azure, Intune, servers and networks, VMware, and the MS365 environment. Experience as a CISO and manufacturing industry experience is considered an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, network infrastructure, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
We are looking for someone who is structured in their work, accustomed to working independently and efficiently, also in collaborative teamwork. You are goal- and service-oriented, meticulous, and easy to collaborate with. We expect you to have a good command of Swedish, Finnish, and English.
